Spider Webs
All spiders spin webs. That's because webs help spiders.
Webs help spiders do three things. Webs help spiders hold eggs.
Webs help spiders hide. And webs help spiders catch food.
Webs help spiders hold eggs. Many spiders like to lay their
eggs in their webs. The webs help keep the eggs together. Webs
help spiders keep their eggs safe.
Webs help spiders hide. Most spiders are dark. They are brown, grey, or black. But spider webs are light. They are white and cloudy. When spiders hide in their webs, they are harder to see.

Webs help spiders catch food. Spider webs are sticky. When a bug flies into the web, it gets stuck. It moves around. It tries to get out. But it can't. It is trapped! Spiders can tell that the bug is trapped.
That's because spiders feel the web move. And the spider is hungry. The spider goes to get the bug.
As you can see, webs help spiders hold eggs. Webs help spiders hide. And webs help spiders
catch food. Without webs, spiders would not be able to live like they do. Spiders need their webs to survive!

ما هي الخطوات الأساسية لتأليف الكتاب .. الجزء الخامس 

( الكتابة فن انساني - الدقة والايجاز - الوضوح والابتعاد عن المبهم  ) 

الكتابة فن إنساني :

أي هو مبني على العواطف والجوانب الانسانية التي تمس جميع الناس حتى في الخبر السياسي الجاف يطغى الجانب الإنساني على الخبر ليتصدر كافة جوانبه ، كأن نبدأ خبرنا بالقتلى والجرحى حتى لو كان الزلزال أو الاعصار قد تسبب بخسارة مليارات الدولارات دائما الجانب الإنساني يطغى على جميع الجوانب . 

الدقة والايجاز :

 الدقة ، اذا استخدمت مصطلح هزة في اول الخبر لا استخدم زلزال في الفقرة الثانية لانه هناك فرق بقوة الترددات على مقياس ريختر بين الهزة والزلزال .

 اذا ذكرت حاسوب في اول الكتاب لا تستخدم كمبيوتر في نهايته ، اذا كنت أسرد رواية في العصور القديمة نأخذ بعين الاعتبار نمط الحياة في تلك الفترة  .

وعدم الإسهاب والإطالة لأنها تسبب الملل اذا اردت ان تشرح عن موضوع او حالة استخدم اسلوب الوصف فهو الاقرب الى الاذهان.


الوضوح والابتعاد عن المبهم :

ان أية قضية واضحة تحتاج الى التعبير عنها بوضوح، لان الغموض والافكار المبهمة يزيدها تعقيدا واستعصاء على الفهم،  وبهذا يسعى الكاتب الى تعذيب القارئ بكتاباته ،وفي النهاية لا يحصل على أي تقدير من القارئ،ذلك لأنه لو كان تجنب الغموض و الإبهام لأعفى القارئ من الشعور بالإشمئزاز والنفور . 

النوعية وليس الكمية :

اذا استطعت انجاز كتاب كامل ومتكامل ومترابط في 200 صفحة افضل من انجاز فارغ المضمون هش وغير مترابط ب 300 صفحة ، إن نجاح الكتاب لا يعتمد على عدد الصفحات ، كما أن وقع الكلمات واهميتها تقاس بعمقها وقدرتها على التأثير وليس بحجمها .

( بداية الكتابة - انواع الكتابة )


ثامنا : بداية الكتابة. إذا كان هناك من يظن ان الكتابة هي تسطير المعقد من الكلام فهو مخطأ جداً إنما الحقيقة ان فن الكتابة هو اختيار الكلمات المنمقة ووضعها في مكانها الصحيح والمؤثر في الناس .
إجادتك للغة العربية تجعلك تبدو ذكيا وتختصر عليك الطريق ولكنها ليست شرطا ان تضمن لك اسلوب كتابة افضل ، لهذا ينبغي علينا ان نكتب بأسلوب مفهوم وبتسلسل افكار مترابط. تاسعا : كيف نكتب : بعد أن أصبحت العناوين والمحتويات جاهزة ابدأ الكتابة. اولا علينا ان تعرف ان الكتابة 3 انواع / الاكاديمية العلمية والادبية
الكتابة الاكاديمية :
مثل اطروحة ماجستير او دكتوراة والتي تبنى على مقاييس محددة في منهجية البحث و تعتمد على الاحصائيات والمراجع والاستبيانات ، وتعريف المصطلحات الواردة .

وغالبا هذا النوع من الكتاب الاكاديمي يكون جافا و معقدا ولا يستسيغ هذا النوع من المؤلفات إلا أصحاب الاختصاص ، حتى اننا احيانا نجد أن أصحاب الاختصاص الواحد ينفرو من الاسلوب الجامد والمعقد الذي مهما كانت قيمته الفكرية يبقى الاسلوب الجاف سبب لابتعادنا عنه .
الكتابة العلمية : - يعتمد على البحث بحسب نوع الموضوع .
- يعتمد على التعبير المباشر وليس من اختصاصه لغة التخيل . - يعتمد على المحاكمات العقلية والمنطقية ، المقدمات التقنية في التحليل والمقاربة واستنباط النتيجة. - يهتم بتسلسل الأفكار والفقرات تسلسلا منطقيا عقليا كأن يكون مضمون الفقرة التالية مرتبا على مضمون الفقرة السابقة او موضحا لها او تابعا لها . - يبتعد عن المبالغة يكتفي بسرد الوقائع وعرض الافكار .
الكتابة الادبية : - يدخل فيها التخيل ، يستخدم التشبيه والاستعارة والكناية والمجاز. - يعتني الكاتب بانتقاء الألفاظ العذبة يهتم بدلالاتها الايحائية وجرسها الموسيقي . - تعبر عن العواطف والمشاعر والتجارب الوجدانية .
- تبتعد عن المحاكمات العقلية والمنطقية . ممكن ان يتحدث الكاتب في أول الرواية عن شاب عشريني وفي الفصل الثاني يتحدث عنه في فترة الطفولة ثم الفصل الثالث وهو كاهل ، لا يوجد منطق وتسلسل زمني في المجال الادبي .

القهوة من المشروبات الأكثر شعبية واستهلاكا حول العالم، ويعتقد كثيرون أن كوب قهوة في الصباح يحسن المزاج وتزيد النشاط، وهو ما أثبتته الدراسات، لكن ما هي الكمية المناسبة لتناول القهوة يوميا لتكون مفيدة صحيا.

وأشارت دراسة حديثة أجرها باحثون في University of South Australia الأسترالية إلى أنها قامت بتحليل بيانات 347077 شخصا تترواح أعمارهم بين 37 و73 سنة، مخزنة لدى "البنك الحيوي البريطاني".

وأشارت الدراسة إلى أن شرب أكثر من 6 أكواب من القهوة يوميا يزيد من خطر الإصابة بالأمراض القلبية بنسبة 22 بالمئة. وتقول البروفسورة إلينا هيوبنن، التي شاركت في الدراسة: "يتم استهلاك حوالي 3 مليارات كوب من القهوة يوميا حول العالم. وإن معرفة الحدود وما هو مفيد وضار، أمر ضروري".


وأضافت "الأمر يتعلق، وكما الكثير من الأمور الحياتية، بمعرفة الكمية المناسبة التي إذا تجاوزها المرء، فإنه يلحق الضرر بجسمه"، بحسب موقع "inFranken" الألماني.

ولفتت الدراسة إلى أن استهلاك كمية زائدة من الكافيين تزيد خطر الإصابة بارتفاع ضغط الدم، الذي قد يؤدي بدوره إلى الإصابة بأمراض القلب الأخرى.

وبحسب حسب الموقع الالكتروني لمجلة "شتيرن" الألمانية فأن استهلاك 400 ميليغرام من الكافيين غير ضار صحيا لشخص بالغ يتمتع بصحة جيدة، وتشير المجلة إلى أن نسبة الكافيين تتعلق بنوعية القهوة وتحميصها وتركيزها وطريقة إعدادها، بالإضافة إلى طول ووزن الجسم والحالة الصحية للشخص.

وأكدت دراسات إلى أنه رغم الفوائد الكثيرة للقهوة إلا أن مخاطرها أيضا كبيرة، خاصة عند استهلاك كميات كبيرة منها، إذ يمكن أن ترفع ضغط الدم وتزيد احتمال الإصابة بالنوبات القلبية.
